“Having a document on the website that is not accessible to screen readers harms people's access to voting, particularly the 27,000+ Detroit residents who are blind or visually impaired... From getting the information, to being able to get into the building, to being able to communicate with poll staff, to being able to cast their ballot, and feeling confident that their ballot is counted - all of that has a disability perspective.”
